The opportunity for you You’ll work across engineering, design, and other product teams to shape a scalable, secure, and flexible platform that can adapt to the evolving needs of our customers. You’ll define the long-term vision for our core platform, ensuring it meets the needs of internal teams. You will deeply understand the problems you are handling via research, data and customer conversations, and work on defining the problems and solutions with the team, with a focus on reliability and extensibility. You will influence technical direction without having to write code and translating business goals into strong platform capabilities. What we're looking for 8+ years of product management experience working on platform, API, or developer-focused products in a SaaS environment. Understand modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems) and how they impact scalability, reliability, and security. Can translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business decisions. Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to switch between thinking creatively and technically Strong communication skills, including the ability to document and present design ideas effectively.
