Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.
- Monitor and support production environments, resolving issues promptly and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in Java backend development, including Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Proven experience in production support and incident management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), logging frameworks, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This position is office-based in Pune, with occasional weekend work and on-call responsibilities.
