Your Mission
As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in bringing top talent into the Tru Performance family, managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical (developers, engineers) and non-technical roles.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Source & Screen: Use creative strategies to find top candidates and evaluate their fit.
- Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and draft engaging job descriptions.
- Candidate Experience: Keep candidates engaged, manage schedules, and negotiate offers with finesse.
- Pipeline Management: Leverage our ATS to maintain a smooth, organized flow of candidates through the recruitment funnel.
- Leverage : Use your excellent network to drive fast-paced hiring and identify high-quality candidates quickly.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience in both technical and non-technical roles.
- Exposure to fintech recruitment is a plus
- Proven ability to source and interview with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent network for efficient, fast-paced hiring.
- Capable of multi-tasking and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
