Position Summary:

Analyst - SAP SD, SAP ABAP

Introduction:

Within ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products CIO, the department "Digital & IT CMO" (D&IT CMO) is an IT organization with proximity with Flat commercial business, which is responsible for the implementation of Business Processes and the interface management between operational Business stakeholders and IT providers.

D&IT CMO main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different CMO processes, the end users (Sales Agencies & Order Management Platforms), Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters and mills within the Flat Europe scope.

The main Missions of our Department are:

• Steer / Support Legacy Information Systems (Performance, user support, Budget).
• Drive the Evolution of Legacy Information Systems (Adapt to New business needs, deploy, optimize): Concentrate Business processes & systems Expertise.
• Support Innovation & transformation.

What does the job entail?

The IT Analyst will be integrated within the "Order to Delivery" Domain managing several Business processes (Order entry automation, Schedule business, Order & finished goods follow-up, EDI to customer,) through different IT systems based on multiple technologies. The team members are located as well in Europe as in India.

For start he/she will be dedicated to the processes implemented in our SAP ERP environment, later on he/she will have to support re-orientation of current solution. As a key player in our IT team, you will drive the evolution of our IT systems, ensuring they meet business needs and align with our strategic goals.

His/her main missions are:

• Be business-oriented: understand the business processes and needs, understand how the processes have been translated into IT solutions.
• Responsibilities: Manage business support by being part of team managing operational business issues. Including hands-on support for day-to-day business operations, managing and resolving operational challenges. Ensure timely issue resolution, promote process efficiency, and support continuous improvement across key business functions.
• Team collaboration: as a member of our SAP team, you will combine technical and functional skills. You will analyze and troubleshoot complex processes, also facilitate communication with business. This involves understanding system implementations, analyzing, debugging and functional communication skills.
• Quality: Manage the quality of our service towards business

Who are we looking for?

Your analytical skills allow you to transform complex business/technical needs into optimized IT requirements. You have a strong IT background and strong experience in development that allow you to challenge the architecture and technical solutions, to participate to the development of the solution and you have the interest and the capacity to manage technical oriented projects.

You demonstrate most of these key competencies:

• Processes and IT Systems "minded"
• Team player, stakeholder-oriented, ability to understand and adapt to a complex and changing environment
• Ability to work in extended teams located in Europe and India.
• Techno Functional role.
• SAP ABAP Development
• SAP SD Configuration (Manage tickets coming from user, Bug fixing & Analysis)
• Relevant experience in a similar function as IT analyst in another organization (4-6 years)
• Background with SAP SD module (customizing skills, ABAP and debugging) is required.
• Experience and skilled in SAP Workflow Management is a plus
• Eager to learn and adapt in our highly optimized SAP environment. Flexibility and openness to new technologies are essential, as well as the ability to read, understand and write code.
• Ability to perform retro-engineering
• A master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Engineer Electronics or equivalent
