About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within the staffing/recruitment industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and client referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.
  • Pitch staffing solutions to potential clients and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of profiles as per client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
  • Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, client databases, and market intelligence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry).
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment lifecycle, and HR services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and work under target-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
