Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy HR Tech Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Tech Intern, you will support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and tools, assist with data management, and contribute to the optimization of HR processes through technology. This internship offers hands-on experience with HR technology systems and a chance to develop skills in HR data analysis and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support & Maintenance: Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR technology systems, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other HR tools.
  • Data Management: Support the collection, entry, and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in generating and analyzing HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making.
  • User Training & Support: Provide support to HR team members and employees on how to use HR systems and tools effectively. Assist in creating user guides and training materials.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using HR technology.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in HR technology projects, such as system upgrades, integrations, and new tool implementations.
  • Troubleshooting: Help identify and resolve technical issues related to HR systems and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of HR system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HR systems and databases. Familiarity with Excel, data analysis tools, or any HRIS/ATS is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with HR and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or internship in HR or IT roles.
  • Experience with HR software like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge for automation purposes.
