Responsibilities
- Client & Brand Understanding: Become the brand custodian by thoroughly understanding the client and the brand.
- Point of Contact: Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through frequent and meaningful contact.
- Social media expertise: Have a proven and recent track record in social media best practices and driving organic growth for social media accounts.

Internal Team Coordination
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to facilitate client requests, ensuring all internal teams are aligned with client business requirements.
- Creative & Visual Execution: Work with creative teams to produce engaging, professional visuals and content that reflect the client’s brand.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve project goals.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing within a digital agency, particularly in account management.
- Strategy Creation: Hands-on experience in creating strategies for social and digital campaigns through social platforms,.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively pitch ideas and strategies to clients through well-crafted presentations.
- Execution Management: Strong ability to break down client requirements for the team and create, manage, and follow up on execution plans internally.
- Market Understanding: In-depth experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Digital Landscape: Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including experience in budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Creative Vision: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Good communication skills, with the willingness and ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
