The future of data resilience is here - go fearlessly forward with us.Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 is a comprehensive solution intended to back up and recover data of Microsoft Office 365, on-premises Microsoft Exchange and on-premises Microsoft SharePoint organizations, including Microsoft OneDrive for Business. Cirrus by Veeam, an offering which combines the confidence and reliability of Veeam's backup and restore capabilities with the ease-of-use and simplicity of Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS).We are now looking for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Engineer.Your tasks will include:Providing technical support and in-depth troubleshooting for Veeam Software's clients (B2B) via telephone, email, and web conferencing;Acting as a technical focal point in relationships to fellow IT Professionals;Researching and troubleshooting customer problems and inquiries;Updating and working assigned cases in a timely manner;Contributing to documentation to build Veeam's knowledge base;Documentating of all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in our CRM tool;Contributing to documentation to build Veeam's knowledge base;Proactively staying up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Veeam's products and the underlying technologies.What we expect from you:Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking);Previous troubleshooting/administration experience is required;Familiarity with at least some of the following areas: Microsoft Office 365 (user and administrative), Azure, Microsoft Exchange server administration, DB (SQL/PostgreSQL), Windows OS advanced user or administrative level, Practical understanding of TCP/IP (OS, firewalls configuration), PowerShellFamiliarity with REST API conceptsAbility to quickly learn, understand and explain technical informationAbility and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolutionExcellent time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.#LI-SK1 Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
