Job Title: Sales Associate - Industrial Safety ProductsJob Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial safety products to a diverse range of clients. This role requires a strong understanding of safety standards and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate safety products.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling industrial safety products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest safety products, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, organize promotional events, and implement strategies to enhance product visibility.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial safety products and standards is a plus.
  • Location: Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
