Reimagining a Sustainable FutureJob Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of Windows Administration and AIX systems, driving secure and reliable operations.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and managing file and folder level permissions using cutting-edge tools such as ICALCS and SETACL. You will also develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting for permissioning and file/folder scans.In addition, you will support DFS migration projects, including large-scale data transfers from NAS on-prem to SharePoint Online/Azure Cloud. Your expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning of Windows Server and storage infrastructure will be invaluable to our organization.Configure and manage file and folder level permissions using ICALCS and SETACL.Develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting for permissioning and file/folder scans.Support DFS migration projects, including large-scale data transfers (20+ TB) from NAS on-prem to SharePoint Online/Azure Cloud.Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for Windows/DFS-related issues.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Active Directory (AD) policies and account-level attributes.Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of Windows Server and storage infrastructure.Requirements:For this challenging role, we are seeking candidates with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and AIX. You should have strong expertise in DFS architecture, setup, troubleshooting, and configuration.Additionally, you should possess proven experience with permissioning tools (ICALCS, SETACL) and PowerShell scripting.
