Job Description:The Student Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the institution's student-related policies and operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and internal governance guidelines.This role focuses on managing student conduct matters, regulatory reporting, contract reviews, safeguarding, complaints resolution, and risk mitigation strategies to support a safe and legally compliant student environment.A key aspect of this position is developing, implementing, and maintaining student compliance policies, including privacy, safeguarding, academic integrity, and enrollment regulations.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of education laws, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.In addition, they will possess excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Public Policy, or related field required.At least 15 years of experience in legal, compliance, or student affairs roles.Experience within higher education, training organizations, or regulatory agencies is an advantage.Prior experience handling student conduct, safeguarding, and policy management preferred.Key Attributes:Integrity and sound judgmentConfidentiality and professionalismProactive and solutions-orientedStrong ethical leadershipCommitment to student welfare and institutional compliance
