Job Title: Senior Operations ManagerThe Senior Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination and performance across multiple departments. This position involves driving effective communication, monitoring operations, and supporting the Chairperson in administrative and strategic tasks.Main Responsibilities:Cultivate strong relationships with various departments to guarantee timely task execution and smooth workflow.Monitor departmental performance and provide regular progress updates to senior management.Identify operational challenges and collaborate on developing action plans for improvement.Work closely with the Chairperson to support organizational goals and daily operational needs.Represent the Chairperson in key school meetings when required.Foster professional connections with internal and external stakeholders.Present project updates and status during internal and external meetings.Perform additional duties assigned by the Chairperson or senior management as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsCollaborative approach and problem-solving mindsetExcellent coordination and follow-up abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparationProfessional attitude and high work ethicBenefits and Attributes:Positive attitude and proactive working styleAbility to travel to branches/schools when requiredHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismIf you are a motivated individual seeking a challenging role, please submit your resume at recruitment@krmangalam.com for consideration.
