Ltd. is building India’s first tech-first platform for corporate and social event bookings, simplifying the process of discovering, comparing, and booking venues for everything from offsites to conferences to mixers.We focus on operational transparency, accountability, and speed - enabling companies to find the perfect venue while giving venue owners a new channel for qualified, verified leads.We’re a bootstrapped early-stage startup based in Bengaluru - lean, hungry, and growing.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for onboarding event venues onto the Ventii platform. You’ll identify, contact, and convert venue owners/managers into Ventii partners, ensuring their listings are complete and verified.This is a frontline growth role - you’ll work directly with the founder, understand our product deeply, and help build the supply side of the business from scratch.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new venues (banquets, hotels, cafés, breweries, resorts, villas, coworking lounges, convention halls, etc.)Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, or email to explain Ventii’s value propositionAssist venues in signing up via the Ventii vendor portal and filling in complete detailsVerify listings (photos, amenities, pricing) and coordinate with the internal admin team for approvalMaintain and update venue data in Notion dailyShare weekly progress reports with metrics and insightsSuggest process improvements and help refine our onboarding strategyIdeal CandidateStrong communication skills in English, Kannada, and HindiHustler mindset - you get things done with minimal supervisionComfortable with tools like Google Sheets, NotionBackground in sales, event management, or hospitality is a plusEntrepreneurial, curious, and eager to grow with the company
