About the Role:Leadership and HR Management: The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic human resources initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Learning and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and online courses to improve performance and achieve organizational objectives.Performance Management System (PMS): Ensure timely completion of the PMS process by providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Conduct training on PMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive work environment by developing and implementing employee engagement strategies. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.Administration and Compliance: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and reports.Key Qualifications:Excellent Communication Skills.Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.MBA HR or Related Field.Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Administration.
