We are seeking an accomplished Oracle Developer to fill a pivotal role within our organization.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and maintaining HCM technical components, including HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher Reports.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HCM technical components: HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher Reports.Provide support for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules.Create interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.Troubleshoot payroll/HR data issues and deliver configurations & customizations.Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.Required SkillsDemonstrate strong technical knowledge: HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP.Possess hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM.Show understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.Exhibit proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and ability to analyze HR/payroll data.Please note that the salary range is subject to change based on individual qualifications and company policies.
