About This RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead and scale our EMEA BDR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving outbound pipeline generation across the UK and broader EMEA markets.As a BDR Manager, you will be responsible for building and running a high-performance outbound engine that consistently delivers qualified meetings, SALs, and pipeline for the EMEA region. You will lead daily coaching, call reviews, talk-track refinement, and skill development for your team, while also partnering closely with EMEA Sales Directors to align weekly priorities, territory plans, and coverage.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop a High-Performing EMEA BDR TeamDrive Outbound Excellence Across EMEAPartner Closely With EMEA LeadershipYou will own pipeline quality and consistency, ensuring the team hits targets for meetings held, SAL → SQL conversion, and pipeline created.
