The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results in brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, analytical acumen, and creative flair to enhance digital presence and optimize marketing outcomes across multiple verticals, including hospitality, F&B, and travel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platformsDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awarenessCreate and manage paid media campaigns for hospitality, F&B, and travel brandsManage ad budgets, analytics, and ROI tracking across platformsPlan and execute Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns targeting high-intent audiencesDesign and optimize retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversionsCollaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-impact ad creativesTrack KPIs, analyze data, and implement insights to enhance campaign effectivenessOversee social media and influencer collaborations aligned with brand and performance objectivesRequirements3–6 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing (preferably in D2C, FMCG, or F&B sectors)Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO/SEM, and Analytics toolsStrong understanding of digital sales funnels, campaign optimisation, and conversion trackingExcellent analytical, creative, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneouslyWhat We OfferOpportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of leading brands in food, hospitality, and travelA creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work cultureCompetitive compensation and strong growth potential
