Job Title: Oracle EBS OPM ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Oracle EBS OPM Consultant. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules.The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business problems and opportunities, recommending solutions based on the Oracle EBS Architecture, and facilitating communication between business and technical resources.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into functional specifications and design.Work closely with the technical team to hand off functional design and support in the technical design and development of the solution.Test solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment after going live.Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify the root cause of issues, and recommend and implement solutions for uninterrupted production operations.Requirements:A minimum of 6-9 years of working experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS along with the Costing module.Experience in at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations in the above modules.Minimum 1-2 support project experiences in Oracle EBS Applications as a EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance in EBS, Oracle Cost Management, Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows, and Agile Development Process.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good understanding of configuration management, and incident management.Knowledge of Fusion SCM is a plus, hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.Education and Qualifications:Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's degree, or equivalent from a reputed institute. Any certification in manufacturing system management or module is preferred but optional.
