Civil Engineering Project CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced Civil Designer with a passion for civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in land development, residential, commercial and industrial projects.Job Summary:The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our Project Engineers with design and drafting of site servicing plans, site grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, pre- and post-development drainage plans.Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or other computer-assisted design/drafting equipment.Prepare preliminary designs, calculations for stormwater management, functional servicing, and floodplain cut and fill analysis.Collaborate with project engineers to ensure that projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or related qualifications.Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory, along with strong computer software skills in MS Word and Excel.Familiarity with various Municipal & Regional design and drafting standards and guidelines in Ontario, Canada.Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Land Development projects.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic team environment.
