Process Lead Role OverviewThis position involves standardizing and simplifying transactional activities, ensuring compliance with global procedures, and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including hands-on experience with SAP. The successful candidate will guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations and refine GPOM on an ongoing basis.The job also involves reviewing and revising global standard operating procedures to align to improved processes and practices, as well as defining and updating the Risk and Control matrix (RACM).Key Responsibilities:Standardize and simplify transactional activities to ensure compliance with global proceduresGuide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations through end-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge and hands-on SAP experienceRefine GPOM on an ongoing basisReview and revise global standard operating procedures to align to improved processes and practicesDefine and update the Risk and Control matrix (RACM)Benefits:This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
