As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will be the primary technical interface for customers, design teams, product development engineers, and quality teams. This role involves supporting Automotive Lighting and General Illumination OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Setmakers in integrating Lumileds products.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical interface for customers, design teams, product development engineers, and quality teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.Ssupport Automotive Lighting and General Illumination OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Setmakers in integrating Lumileds products, promoting innovative solutions, and identifying application opportunities.Promote Lumileds solutions, identify application opportunities, and support new business development by analyzing market trends and customer needs.Address customer queries related to FMEA, DVPR, Safe Launch Plan, Control Plan, PPAP, and change management to provide timely and accurate information.Manage communication between customers and Lumileds global engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and project progress.Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain high-quality products and services.Ssupport customer audits, IATF16949, ISO9001, and internal QMS initiatives to ensure compliance and excellence in quality management.Monitor and manage Product Change Notifications (PCN) and Product Termination Notices (PTN) to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.Ssupport customer Safe Launch and early-life production activities to ensure successful product launches and high-quality production.Represent the customers' voice internally to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability meet customer expectations.Benefits: As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the success of the company.
