SAP SuccessFactors Project ManagerThe ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices, while managing scope, budget, and timelines.Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for configuration, integration, and testing.Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations.Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies.Oversee user training, UAT, change management, and post–go-live support.Key Requirements:Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects (Employee Central, Talent Modules).Detailed understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors module workflow.Strong project management skills across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.Experience with project tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps.Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications (desired).
