MySQL Data Engineer

Database Development RoleWe are seeking a skilled Database Developer to join our engineering team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in designing, optimizing, and scaling database systems.This position involves solving complex data problems, improving performance at scale, and building reliable systems.You will design, develop, and maintain database schemas, queries, views, triggers, and stored procedures.Ongoing optimization of database performance, including indexing, query tuning, caching, and load balancing is expected.Closely collaborate with backend engineers to integrate the database within Node.js services.Contribute to backend development when required using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.Responsibilities:Data Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain database schemas, queries, views, triggers, and stored procedures.Database Performance Optimization: Ongoing optimization of database performance, including indexing, query tuning, caching, and load balancing.Integration and Collaboration: Closely collaborate with backend engineers to integrate the database within Node.js services.Backend Development Support: Contribute to backend development when required using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.About the Position: This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with complex data, have strong analytical skills, and excel in developing scalable database systems.Key Skills: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge of MySQL database management, along with experience in backend development using Node.js and related technologies.
