We're Hiring: Job title: Data Engineer (5+ Years Experience)Hyderabad | Onsite | Full-timeRole Overview We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer who can build and scale the data pipelines that support our dashboards, AI models, and decision systems. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to turn raw logistics and operations data into clean, reliable, and actionable insights.What You'll Work OnBuilding and maintaining streaming + ETL data pipelines (Kafka, Python, SQL).Designing data models for dashboards, forecasting engines, and ML use cases.Integrating data from PostgreSQL, IoT devices, microservices, and external APIs.Managing AWS data stack (RDS, Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight).Implementing data quality checks, schema evolution, and lineage tracking.Embedding data services into Spring Boot microservices.Supporting real-time dashboards for logistics, credit monitoring, and supplier insights.Ensuring security, governance, and observability aligned with ISO 27001 & SOC 2.What We're Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and Python (Pandas/PySpark).Experience with Kafka, AWS (Glue, S3, Lambda, Athena), and ETL tools (Airflow/Step Functions).Knowledge of OLAP models, data marts, and API-based ingestion.Familiarity with Docker, GitHub CI/CD, RBAC, and encryption.Bonus SkillsGeo-spatial data experience (H3, PostGIS, GeoPandas).Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines or rule engines.Understanding of streaming analytics or lakehouse setups.Experience with BI tools (QuickSight, Metabase, Power BI).Soft SkillsStrong ownership and problem-solving mindset.Clear communication and comfort working across teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
