We are seeking a Digital Production and AI Transformation Leader to help shape the next evolution of creative production for a global advertising and marketing services network.This role is a hybrid of creative technology, automation, and operations leadership. The selected leader will drive innovation in digital content creation, establish next-generation workflows and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.The key roles and responsibilities include:Oversee end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.Partner with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.Champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.A strong background in digital creative production is required, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment.The ideal candidate will have expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment.Familiarity with creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production) is also essential.Additionally, the candidate should have experience leading digital or hybrid creative teams across global markets.The successful candidate will be able to bridge creative, technology, and operations teams effectively.This position requires a passion for technology-driven creativity and the evolving future of digital production.Mentor a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers; nurture cross-functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.Collaborate with operations and global stakeholders to define future capability roadmaps.Drive partnerships with global agency teams to ensure innovation is business-linked and ROI-driven.
