Digital Production LeadershipJob RoleYour main responsibilities will involve:1. Overseeing end-to-end digital asset production, encompassing static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.• Collaborating with global creative teams to translate innovative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.• Promoting exceptional craft quality, platform compliance, and performance-driven creative output.2. Identifying opportunities for automation across the creative production process (e.g., resizing, versioning, localization).• Implementing workflow modernization initiatives across various tools such as Figma, After Effects, Animate, Google Web Designer, Adobe Creative Cloud, and platform APIs.• Developing and governing production templates, component libraries, and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality.3. Evaluating and integrating AI-powered design tools, image, video, and content generation solutions (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs).• Partnering with data, tech, and operations teams to create AI-assisted creative pipelines for banner, motion, and web content.• Staying ahead of trends in creative AI, automation, and MarTech to inform organizational readiness.4. Mentoring a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers; fostering cross-functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.• Collaborating with operations and global stakeholders to define future capability roadmaps.• Driving partnerships with global agency teams to ensure innovation is business-aligned and ROI-focused.Key Requirements• 15+ years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment.• Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment.• Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production, or similar).• Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms for design, content, and motion generation.• Proven success in leading digital or hybrid creative teams across global markets.• Excellent understanding of production metrics, workflow governance, and delivery automation.• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to bridge creative, technology, and operations teams.Preferred Qualifications• Exposure to AI/ML in creative or content production ecosystems.• Experience building or managing Centers of Excellence for creative technology or digital craft.• Understanding of DAMs, workflow tools, and automated QA systems.• Passion for technology-driven creativity and the evolving future of digital production.Work EnvironmentOur organization currently operates in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.TIMINGS We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
