The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-performing teams and delivering complex IAM projects.Manage a team of IAM professionals in the India region.Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Ensure seamless execution of IAM projects.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Identity and Access Management, with experience working with major IAM tools and platforms. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of access governance, privileged access management, authentication, SSO, MIM, and identity lifecycle management.
