We’re now hiring a Manager - Growth Strategy and Marketing (Founders Office) - someone sharp, fast, and driven who can work directly with the founders and help steer the company’s growth across every domain. What You Will Do Drive company-wide growth strategies and support high-level decision-making. Track RFQs, proposals, tenders, and follow-ups end-to-end. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Draft proposals, write clear documentation, and manage business correspondence. Support admin, HR, marketing, and branding activities as needed with subtle but important involvement across each vertical. Review financials, understand project economics, and support deal structures. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep momentum and clarity. Own challenges, solve problems fast, and maintain a strong bias toward action. What We Expect from You Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong ability to draft proposals, emails, and documentation. Good understanding of Accounts & Finance and ability to grasp commercial structures. High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and organised work habits. Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada (additional languages are a plus). An energetic, competitive, self-driven personality with a hunger to grow. Ability to work independently while keeping the team aligned. Bonus Points Experience in business development or tendering. Exposure to architecture, infrastructure or consultancy sectors. Familiarity with Excel/MS Office and basic analytics.
