Senior Large Language Model Lead

Key Role:Lead a diverse team of engineers, scientists, and MLOps professionals to drive innovation in large language models (LLMs) and machine learning (ML).Oversee the entire lifecycle of LLM and ML projects – from data preparation and collection to training, evaluation, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide technical direction on large-scale model training, fine-tuning, and distributed systems design, optimizing performance and efficiency.Implement best practices in model governance, experiment tracking, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and model explainability for ML.Manage resources effectively, ensuring compliance with data security and responsible AI standards, while communicating progress and results to stakeholders and executives clearly and concisely.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual growth and success.Responsibilities: Define project roadmaps, including requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.Develop and implement effective strategies for model selection, training, and deployment, considering scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Collaborate with research teams to explore new technologies and techniques for improving model accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability.Ensure seamless integration of ML models into existing infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ML, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive collective growth and excellence.
