Machine Learning Consultant Job Description Our team is seeking a highly motivated research consultant to assist in developing large-scale user engagement predictive models. The ideal candidate has prior experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and a strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning.Key Responsibilities:Developing models to analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms and predicting their likelihood of leaving, along with plausible reasons behind their behavior.Building causal inference–based intervention models aimed at retaining users on the platform.Contributing to developing and evaluating models (including user engagement foundation model) leveraging pre-trained LLMs.Auditing SQL code for scalability and efficiency.Staying up-to-date with state-of-the-art machine learning literature and applying this knowledge to improve models and processes.Analyzing large datasets and identifying areas for improvement.Requirements:Prior experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and a strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning.Good understanding of handling large scale datasets with SQL and current state-of-the-art machine learning literature.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.About Our Company:We value Dreams & Curiosity, Diversity, Integrity & Sincerity, and Sustainability.
