Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional learner support by addressing inquiries, guiding learners through their program journey, and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner.Learner Support: As the point of contact for learners, you will address inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams (course designers, tech support, instructors, course SPOCs) to manage program timelines, ensure the alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.Process Enhancement: You will identify opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.Key Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.Adaptability: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per business requirements.Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in a customer support role with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.Tech Savviness: Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools, with an interest or background in EdTech being a plus.Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across teams to provide exceptional learner support.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Data-Driven Mindset: Focus on results, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
