Job Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will drive the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment phases. Your key responsibilities include project management, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies. You will work closely with a team of skilled business and technical specialists and leaders.Key Activities:Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients and their teams.Lead several concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders aligned with the delivery operating model.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e., PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases)Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program Manager.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.
