We aim to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients by combining three different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition).About the Role:To provide virtual consultations to patients with the highest level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.Key Responsibilities:Reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as part of their hair growth journey.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) set by your manager, which include targets for call attempts made and completed consultation calls per day.Follow established communication guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring every call delivers a consistent, high-empathy experience and meets the company's service standards.Conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.Preset medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and established treatment protocols.Develop personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Requirements:A Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognised institution.Valid medical registration/licence (if applicable).
