NSICU (Neuro-Surgical Intensive Care Unit)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver expert nursing care to post-operative neuro-surgical patients in a critical care setting.
- Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, intracranial pressure monitors, and other critical devices.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood transfusions as per physician orders.
- Collaborate with neurosurgeons, anesthetists, and critical care teams for holistic care planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies following ACLS/BLS protocols.
- Educate patients’ families regarding care procedures and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ICU/NSICU preferred.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS is mandatory.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team collaboration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- NSICU: 3 years (required)
