The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads & SEO Specialist with a proven track record in the IT services industry. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing our paid search (Google Ads) and organic search (SEO) strategies to generate high-quality leads and enhance our online visibility within the competitive IT services landscape. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B lead generation, IT service offerings, and the buyer journey for technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Management:
• Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) aligned with lead generation goals for our IT services.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis relevant to the IT services market.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS).
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize ad extensions and targeting options to improve ad relevance and performance.
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes and best practices.
• SEO Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a data-driven SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings for key IT service offerings.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify site-wide issues, and recommend solutions for improved crawlability and indexability.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and content gap analysis to inform content creation and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure on-page optimization and semantic relevance.
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources within the tech industry.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Analyze search trends and competitor SEO strategies within the IT services sector.
• Lead Generation & Reporting:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics from both paid and organic channels.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across all digital marketing efforts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for reporting on key performance indicators.
