Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistThis role involves ensuring the quality of services by performing rigorous audits and process reviews.In this capacity, you will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.You will conduct training sessions to enhance employees' understanding of quality standards and facilitate their execution.Using data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel, you will analyze findings from process reviews to develop reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.Your recommendations will aim at reducing process variation and eliminating errors.You will be responsible for tracking responses from business units on process review findings and escalating unresolved issues to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Perform quality assurance calls and/or process reviews across all departments.Develop and implement training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in quality assurance practices.Analyze and report findings from process reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.Maintain accurate records of business unit responses to process review findings.Collaborate with management to address skill gaps and implement preventive and corrective actions.Make recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors.Track business unit responses for all findings identified from process reviews.Escalate unresolved issues to senior management and work with management to resolve them.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
