Quality Assurance Specialist - Warehouse ManagementWe are seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist to support our warehouse management system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing complex warehouse functionalities and a strong understanding of supply chain operations.Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for warehouse enhancements and new deployments.Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.Validate end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returns.Execute QA cycles, document results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.Requirements and Qualifications3+ years of hands-on testing experience with warehouse management systems.Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processes.Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking.Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.Experience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with enterprise resource planning/operational management systems.Key Skills: Warehouse management, supply chain, quality assurance, testing, software development, data analysis, technical writing.
