Focus is on making these children self reliant and learning various concepts and life skills required for successful mainstreaming into the school and society. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The Special Educator will be responsible for working closely with children with disabilities, planning and delivering customized learning programs tailored to individual needs. Their day-to-day tasks will include assessing students’ needs, collaborating with teachers and parents, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and helping students achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals. The role also involves creating an inclusive classroom environment and ensuring all students feel supported in their educational journey. QualificationsExpertise in Special Education, including experience teaching children with disabilitiesProficient teaching skills, particularly in a middle school settingStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, students, and interdisciplinary teamsPatience, empathy, and a strong passion for working with diverse learning needsAbility to develop customized lesson plans and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; relevant certifications are preferredExperience in using adaptive learning technologies will be an advantage
