Job Opportunity:We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our technology infrastructure development. Our ideal candidate will take ownership of setting up, automating, and troubleshooting systems.About the Role:The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and internal teams to design and manage tools that power our business, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.A key aspect of this role is understanding how technology connects to the web, with experience or interest in SEO, website performance, or digital analytics considered a strong plus.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize software applications (e.g., CRM, projects management, analytics)Build and maintain integrations between core toolsCreate and maintain automations and workflows to improve team efficiencyProvide IT support and troubleshooting for system or connectivity issuesCollaborate on system upgrades, permissions, and performance optimizationDocument and train team members on best practices and new toolsContribute to ongoing efforts to build a scalable, connected tech ecosystem that supports both operations and digital presenceRequirements:4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems management, or workflow automationStrong working knowledge of software integration tools (e.g., Deluge, Zapier, Make)Experience with project management or tax-related software a plusExcellent technical problem-solving and communication skillsSelf-directed, resourceful, and proactive — thrives in autonomyExcited to grow with a U.S.-based company that values innovation and efficiencyMust be able to work 2:00 am - 12:00 pm IST.
