Cybersecurity Lead Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead to join our Information Technology Team. This individual will be responsible for driving the improvement of our IT security posture by proactively identifying cybersecurity risks and designing technical risk mitigating measures.Key Responsibilities:IDentify and mitigate cybersecurity risks through technical solutions and collaboration with relevant teams.Evaluate IT security aspects and assess cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.Maintain and improve compliance with MAS Technology Risk Management and ISO 27001 certification by crafting policies, developing key security processes, and effectively communicating with auditors and regulators.Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts, and respond accordingly while keeping senior management informed of emerging situations.Create and conduct IT security training programs for employees.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in financial institutions/fintechs.Strong understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS, or equivalent standards.CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent.Technical experience with using security tools.DevSecOps experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.Skills and Expertise:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with cryptocurrency risks and mitigation strategies.Experience with IT security frameworks and regulations.
