Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned blockchain developer to join our team. As a key member of our development group, you will play a crucial role in building a next-generation carbon credit platform that operates fully on-chain.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a lean, modular, and gas-efficient blockchain implementation that includes the following core components:Credit Tokenisation (For Issued Credits)Project Funding + Escrow (For New Projects)Key Requirements Include:Mint tokens representing existing carbon creditsStore core metadata (registry, vintage, project, serial number)Enable listing, purchase, and transferOn-chain retirement (token burn + reference to registry retirement)Investors fund new projects directly on-chainFunds go into a secure escrow contractDevelopers define project milestones and amountsAdmin validates milestones → escrow releases funds per milestoneIn addition to the above requirements, we also need assistance with integration of registries like Verra, Gold Standard, Isometric, and Puro.earth, as well as support for automated connectivity with these registries.A clear understanding of tokenization, marketplaces, on-chain escrow, and registry-style integrations is essential for this position.
