We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy, and will play a key role in increasing our online visibility and driving organic traffic.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis- Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations- Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structure- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.- Track and report on SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc.)- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends- Manage and guide junior SEO team members (if applicable)- Build and execute link-building strategies (guest posts, outreach, backlinks)- Recommend and implement improvements to website architecture and page performanceRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field- 4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably agency or performance-driven roles)- Proven success in improving rankings and organic traffic- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors- Proficient with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure (basic level)- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Bonus):- Experience with Local SEO and International SEO- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and Page Speed Optimization- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and schema markup- Understanding of paid marketing (Google Ads, Social Media) is a plusSalary up to 6.60 LPA negotiable based on experience and current salary.For further details please call Megha on 9377677857 or you can share your candidature on megha@postaresume.co.in
