Job Title: Workday Extend Resource (Permanent) Location: Remote (India) / Hybrid – Pune Compensation: (Full-time, Permanent Role)Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement Workday Extend applications to support business operations. Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend apps with strong focus on performance and usability. Integrate Extend applications with Workday HCM and third-party systems. Provide continuous production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize apps post-implementation. Adhere to Workday security, compliance, and governance standards. Required Skills & Experience:4–8 years of Workday experience, including 2+ years hands-on Workday Extend. Expertise in Workday HCM, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integrations. Strong programming knowledge (REST APIs, JSON, XML, object-oriented design). Proven experience in full-cycle Extend app development (concept → deployment). Workday certification(s) preferred (Workday Extend Pro a strong plus). Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have:Familiarity with Workday Reporting, BIRT, and Security. Prior experience with global, large-scale Workday implementations.
