This is your chance to join a passionate team at an early stage and help shape the future of enterprise app development.  Why Join Us?   Be part of a foundational team  driving innovation in the Workday ecosystem.  Work on real products  already approved and recognized by Workday.  Collaborate with forward-thinking clients  and partners worldwide.  Enjoy the flexibility and excitement of a start-up culture  with global ambitions.  Role Overview   As a Workday Extend Developer , you’ll be part of the design, development, and deployment of Workday Extend and Built on Workday applications. You’ll work closely with our architect and product team to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly with Workday’s platform.  Key Responsibilities:   Participate in the design, development, and deployment of Workday Extend applications and integrations.  Deliver high-quality applications to our customers  Develop scalable Extend frameworks using PMD scripting, orchestrations, Studio, and custom components.  Participate in design discussions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, and compliance requirements.  Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integrations and reporting.  Stay informed on emerging Workday capabilities, SaaS trends, and technology design patterns to drive innovation.  Contribute to internal communities of practice, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.  What You Bring   Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.  3+ years of Workday implementation experience, including at least 1-2 years hands-on with Workday Extend.  Workday Extend Certification strongly preferred; Workday Studio, Orchestrate, HCM/FINs certifications are a plus.  Proven experience with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, API-first architecture).  Strong background in integration development (EIB, middleware, or custom APIs).  Familiarity with Workday business processes, HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain functional areas.  Demonstrated ability to lead design sessions, manage stakeholders, and deliver technical solutions to production.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.  Consulting background and/or higher education, government, or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.  Passion for building elegant, impactful solutions that solve real business problems.  Bonus Points  Prior experience with Built on Workday applications.  Familiarity with Workday Orchestrate or Workday Prism Analytics.  Start-up experience or a desire to help build something from the ground up.  How to Apply   If you're excited by the idea of shaping the future of Workday app development and want to be part of a team that’s making waves, we’d love to hear from you.
