As a pivotal member of our data platform, the Cloud Engineer plays a key role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our internal teams. Collaborating with stakeholders, they will work to architect and build data platforms that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:Develop high-performance Python applications using object-oriented programming principles, multi-tier architecture, and parallel/multi-threaded programming techniques.Expertise in AWS technologies including AppSync, Lambda, Step Functions, Event Bridge, and a solid understanding of AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Glue, EMR/Spark, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, and SM is required.Experience with modern cloud-native data warehouses and metadata solutions leveraging AWS non-relational data solutions is highly valued.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise application development, preferably in Life Insurance but not mandatory.A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas is welcome to apply.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
