KGDC Enterprises LLP, is driving the residential solar revolution across Odisha under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna — helping households save up to ₹1.38 lakh in subsidies and cut 80% of their power bills.We’re looking for energetic and ambitious professionals to join us as Zonal Heads (Residential Solar) to lead ground-level sales teams, drive performance, and build solar adoption across key zones of Odisha.⚡ Key ResponsibilitiesLead residential solar sales (1–10 kW) in your assigned zone (North, West, or Coastal Odisha).Recruit, train & manage field executives and tele-callers.Plan and execute BTL & canopy activations, community campaigns, and society tie-ups.Drive customer bookings under PM Surya Ghar Yojna and coordinate till installation.Track daily funnel performance and ensure monthly targets are met.Build strong relationships with local DISCOMs, influencers & RWAs.🎯 Candidate ProfileGraduate / MBA with 4–7 years of team-handling experience in Solar, Telecom, FMCG, or Microfinance.Excellent communication in Odia & Hindi; English preferred.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.Ability to recruit, train, and manage multi-district teams.💰 CompensationFixed ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per monthIncentives Strong performance-linked plan based on team targetsMonthly Earning Potential ₹60,000 – ₹1 lakh + for top performers🌱 Why Join KGDCOne of Eastern India’s fastest-growing Solar EPC companies.Channel Partner – Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd.
