Job OpportunityThe Customer Service Representative role entails supporting customer inquiries, processing orders and managing service tickets through a ticketing platform. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, review engineering drawings and layouts, enter and maintain order details with high accuracy, prepare and share reports and documentation, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction, retrieve technical and product-related information as needed, and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.Required Skills:A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service or technical support experience.Experience with a ticketing/CRM platform similar to Zendesk.Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, or basic technical diagrams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, and Visio.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Qualifications:A degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.2-3 years of hands-on experience in product design including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and assembly using standard engineering and CAD tools.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, layouts, tolerances, and basic manufacturing processes.Experience working with customer specifications, technical documents, and product requirements.This opportunity offers a great work-life balance with the option for remote work.
