Legal Specialist PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our team in the legal and regulatory space. This specialist will be responsible for supporting standardization activities across multiple siloed legal processes in different countries, pertaining to the primary sources workflow.Collaborate with business analysts and legal experts to analyze individual countries' primary source workflow, data, and files.Work with business analysts to create consolidated and standardized processes and data based on individual countries' processes, highlighting instances where local countries cannot conform to standards.Develop deliverables for standardized processes (with the support of business analysts), including:Process documentation (as-is documentation and to-be process design)Spreadsheets containing standardized data elements for various processesUnderstand the status of standardization efforts across all active countries and report it to program leadership.Attend regular Program Board meetings and serve as the legal expert representative.Participate in Operational Committee meetings and serve as the legal expert representative.Contribute to meetings between business analysts and clients to provide guidance and context.Required Skills:Proven expertise as a legal expert, experienced in primary sources of law in the European region.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering presentations.Bilingual preferred (EU languages/German/Dutch), English required.Experience in legal business process consulting is mandatory.Ability to work independently and proactively communicate with the team.Candidates interested in this position can submit their resumes at sbiswas3@innodata.com.
