Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Java engineer with a strong background in functional programming, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment patterns.This role requires a deep understanding of Java's modern capabilities, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development.As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend solutions that drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement microservices using modern Java functional programming conceptsCollaborate on event-driven systems using Kafka and apply architectural patterns like Choreography, Strangler, and SidecarParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessionsDevelop and deploy applications in GCP (or any public cloud) using services like Cloud Run, GKE, GCS, etc.Write clean, testable, and scalable code with emphasis on readability and maintainabilityContribute to the adoption of modern Java features, including Pattern Matching, Records, and Record PatternsDemonstrate a foundational understanding of deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environmentsRequirements:Hands-on experience with Java 8 and later versionsStrong knowledge of functional programming principles and practicesFamiliarity with microservices architecture and cloud deployment patternsExperience with event-driven systems and messaging technologiesProficiency in coding standards, code reviews, and collaborative developmentAbility to communicate technical ideas effectivelyBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentFlexible working hours and remote work options
