Role: Manager - Supply planner (Domestic & Export)Location: Mumbai (Kandivali) Experience: 7+ years (with 3-4 years in export/international markets)About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to optimize our domestic and international supply chain. You will play a crucial role in developing accurate forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and driving customer satisfaction across markets. If you have a passion for analytics, problem-solving, and collaboration, this role is for youKey Responsibilities:Demand PlanningLead demand reviews within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for both domestic and export markets.Align demand forecasts with commercial strategies.Supply Planning & Inventory ManagementDevelop and maintain supply plans considering production capacity, material availability, and logistics constraints.Monitor inventory strategies, including safety stock, to reduce stock-outs and excess.Work with Sales and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely supplies.Optimize product allocation and distribution to prevent aging stock.Export Logistics & ComplianceCoordinate with logistics partners and shipping lines to optimize delivery schedules.Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs, and documentation requirements.Oversee export documentation like invoices, packing lists, and certificates.Performance Analysis & ImprovementTrack KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and data availability.Identify supply chain bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Present data-driven insights to leadership.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams to align on plans.Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers for smooth operations.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields7+ years of experience in demand and supply planning (3-4 years in export/international markets preferred)Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, and global trade regulationsExpertise in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced ExcelExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
